Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5 - 7 years
- Adherence to all safety protocols
- Proper use of Amrize approved personal protection equipment including respirators
- Clean-shaven where respirator seal meets the face to pass fit tests
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to engage with cross-departmental coordination
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5 - 7 years of equivalent experience
- Preferred master's degree
- Preferred field of study in engineering or science
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Office, and PowerPoint
- Familiar with Google Suite including Gmail, Spreadsheets, Documents, and Drive
- Experience with Quadrel
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Responsible and accountable for meeting internal and customer specifications as well as documenting and certifying that cement shipped meets applicable requirements
- Responsible for all mix design submittals for all of the Mountain Region for RMX
- Ensure Quadrel materials management including pricing
- Maintain SAP mix management and command mix management
- Coordinate batch plant materials management and specification review
- Manage DOT relations and ensure quality department areas are operated safely and in an environmentally responsible manner
- Coordinate with other plant departments for continuous improvement in procedures, materials, testing schedules, and equipment
