Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record
- basic English language skills with good communication abilities
- ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions
- must obtain NATA Line Service training certification, motor vehicle operating permit, and Airport ID Badge within specified timeframes
- proven knowledge of refueling procedures, towing techniques, and safety protocols

Job Duties
- perform fuel quality tests according to ATA form 103 and company guidelines
- sump fuel farm tanks and trucks and record results
- inspect fuel farm for proper signage and operational safety equipment
- conduct monthly Millipore tests, document results, and store samples
- perform acceptance and control checks on fuel received
- conduct routine maintenance such as fuel filter changes and document activities
- assist with audits from airport authorities, fuel suppliers, and company
- perform periodic equipment and facility checks and report discrepancies
- serve as primary communication point for the shift
- oversee line operations including fueling, hangar stacking, towing, ramp parking, and service equipment management
- manage employee adherence to safety policies and procedures
- perform supervisory duties and provide guidance to team members
- execute hand signals to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures
- communicate effectively with employees and aircraft crews
- assist with aircraft services including ice, coffee, catering, and cleaning
- provide customer and pilot transportation via courtesy vans or buses
- maintain ramp, hangars, and facilities in clean and organized condition
- operate vehicles and ground equipment safely and efficiently
