Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record
  • basic English language skills with good communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible schedules and in various weather conditions
  • must obtain NATA Line Service training certification, motor vehicle operating permit, and Airport ID Badge within specified timeframes
  • proven knowledge of refueling procedures, towing techniques, and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • perform fuel quality tests according to ATA form 103 and company guidelines
  • sump fuel farm tanks and trucks and record results
  • inspect fuel farm for proper signage and operational safety equipment
  • conduct monthly Millipore tests, document results, and store samples
  • perform acceptance and control checks on fuel received
  • conduct routine maintenance such as fuel filter changes and document activities
  • assist with audits from airport authorities, fuel suppliers, and company
  • perform periodic equipment and facility checks and report discrepancies
  • serve as primary communication point for the shift
  • oversee line operations including fueling, hangar stacking, towing, ramp parking, and service equipment management
  • manage employee adherence to safety policies and procedures
  • perform supervisory duties and provide guidance to team members
  • execute hand signals to guide aircraft during arrivals and departures
  • communicate effectively with employees and aircraft crews
  • assist with aircraft services including ice, coffee, catering, and cleaning
  • provide customer and pilot transportation via courtesy vans or buses
  • maintain ramp, hangars, and facilities in clean and organized condition
  • operate vehicles and ground equipment safely and efficiently
