Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- proficiency in MS Office
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- strong interpersonal skills
- capable of performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- ability to pass federal, state, local government background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests

Job Duties
- Advise operators on escalation procedures
- responsible for documentation of inbound and trailer defects including photos, reports, and data entry
- report and follow-up on all inbound and trailer defects including returns, rework, and accessorial
- distribute WPPS and procedure updates
- conduct shift training on quality, rework projects, standard updates and procedure updates
- assist in managing rework projects
- act as safety liaison handling incident reporting, follow-up, and investigations
- perform quality checks and release product when required
- perform root cause analysis and develop action plans for quality issues
- serve as contact for pest control in absence of Quality Manager
- conduct shift audits
- monitor operator compliance with standards
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- follow all SOP and safety guidelines
- maintain a high level of quality in work performed
- perform other duties as assigned
