Job Requirements
- must be able to pass any federal, state, local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- proficiency in MS Office

Job Duties
- advise operators on escalation procedures
- responsible for the documentation of inbound and trailer defects including photos, initial reports, entering data into Damage Reduction Database, and emailing appropriate distribution lists
- report and follow-up on all inbound and trailer defects including return, rework, and accessorial
- distribute WPPS and procedure updates
- provide shift training on quality, rework projects, standard updates, and procedure updates
- assist in managing rework projects
- act as safety liaison including incident reporting, follow-up, and investigations
- perform quality checks
- release product when required
- perform root cause analysis and action plans for quality issues
- act as a contact for pest control in lieu of Quality Manager
- conduct shift audits
- monitor operators for compliance with standards
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- follow all SOP and safety guidelines
- maintain a high level of quality in work performed
- perform other duties as assigned
