Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related industries
  • Project management experience

  • Ability to lead diverse teams in multiple locations
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools
  • Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-25%
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items over 25 pounds
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends

  • Ability to obtain airport access credentials

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline
  • Knowledge of HACCP, quality management, and Six Sigma
  • Minimum 5 years experience in airline, food processing, manufacturing, distribution operations or related industries
  • Previous project management experience
  • Customer service experience
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Strong leadership skills managing diverse teams
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of quality auditing and inspection methods
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Multilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversees daily management of the representative, operations, and quality compliance team for hub and non-hub locations
  • Manages quality initiatives including SLA governance, audit readiness, corrective-action follow-up, defect prevention, and training coordination
  • Manages regional business development tracker and coordinates scoping, feasibility, timelines, and post-launch stabilization
  • Monitors customer metrics such as safety, quality, flight attendant comments, and delays
  • leads weekly issue-closure cadences and consolidates performance insights
  • Coordinates customer-specific training and quality playbooks ensuring audit readiness and consistency
  • Validates and tracks financial incentives and remedies linked to SLA programs with finance and operational units
  • Facilitates cross-unit problem-solving sessions and shares best practices regionally
  • Oversees training and education of representatives in quality and customer requirements
  • Implements customer-specific quality programs and leads quality improvement projects
  • Audits effectiveness of quality programs and manages compliance to prevent defects
  • Compiles and maintains key customer performance metrics
  • Acts as liaison between operational units, corporate commercial team, and customers
  • Ensures compliance with audits including food safety, health, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
  • Leads development and implementation of customer-specific training programs
  • Completes all required company training
