- Be between ages 21-36 years old
- BMI lower than 32
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Mental and physical health
- Stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties
- Carry the baby for intended parents
- Attend all medical appointments and screenings
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the pregnancy
- Communicate regularly with agency and intended parents
- Follow all medical and legal guidelines
- Participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
- Provide emotional support to intended parents during the surrogacy process
