- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Mental and physical health
- Stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Job Duties
- Undergo medical and psychological screenings
- Participate in the legal clearance process
- Engage in wellness and housekeeping programs
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout the surrogacy journey
- Communicate regularly with surrogacy coordinators and intended parents
- Attend medical appointments and ultrasounds
- Follow medical advice and guidelines diligently
