Job Requirements
- Be between ages 21-36 years old
- Have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- Non-smoker and drug-free
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- BMI lower than 32
- No more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Participate in the surrogacy program by carrying a pregnancy for intended parents
- Attend all necessary medical appointments and screenings promptly
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle in accordance with medical guidelines
- Communicate regularly with the surrogacy agency and intended parents
- Adhere to all legal and medical requirements of the surrogacy process
- Participate in wellness and housekeeping programs as provided
- Support the emotional and physical demands of surrogacy responsibly
