Job Requirements
- Between 21 and 36 years old
- BMI lower than 32
- at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- no more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- non-smoker and drug-free
- stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- mentally and physically healthy

Job Duties
- Maintain physical and mental health
- adhere to medical and legal guidelines during surrogacy
- attend all required medical appointments
- communicate regularly with the surrogacy agency and intended parents
- follow lifestyle recommendations such as non-smoking and drug-free habits
- participate in wellness and housekeeping programs
- provide a stable and safe environment for the pregnancy
