- be between 21 and 36 years old
- have a BMI lower than 32
- have had at least one successful pregnancy and delivery
- have no more than 5 deliveries and 2 c-sections
- be a non-smoker and drug-free
- possess mental and physical health
- maintain a stable lifestyle with a clean criminal record
- be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

- communicate regularly with healthcare providers and surrogacy coordinators
- support intended parents through the surrogacy journey
