Job Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a similar chef role
  • Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP principles
  • Collaborate with team members to create a warm and welcoming dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
  • Assist in menu planning and stock management
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to accommodate food preferences and needs
  • Support continuous improvement in kitchen processes and resident satisfaction
