Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by living, supporting, and promoting company values
  • Execute all Food Operation Department responsibilities by enforcing policies and procedures and adhering to union contracts
  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations ensuring consistent excellence in service
  • Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with union agreements
  • Assist in managing tenant partners ensuring open communication and alignment with property standards
