Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant supervisory roles

Job Duties
- Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino by living, supporting, and promoting company values
- Execute all Food Operation Department responsibilities by enforcing policies and procedures and adhering to union contracts
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations ensuring consistent excellence in service
- Train and develop staff to uphold service standards and foster a positive work environment
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Handle guest relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
- Oversee staff scheduling and station assignments ensuring optimal coverage and compliance with union agreements
- Assist in managing tenant partners ensuring open communication and alignment with property standards
