Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
  • direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department regulations
  • coach team members on food preparation and production management
  • cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
  • communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor
  • complete administrative duties such as daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • guarantee a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
  • complete incident reports promptly
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics resulting in a profitable restaurant
