Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
- direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management
- cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- complete administrative duties such as daily, weekly, and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports promptly
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics resulting in a profitable restaurant
