Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant or retail management experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- reliable transportation to and from work
- capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with cash handling and inventory management
- valid state driver’s license
- ability to lead and coach a diverse team
- excellent problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign shift duties
- ensure food items are prepared and served according to brand and health regulations
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete paperwork including end of shift and end of day documents
- in absence of the restaurant manager, complete administrative duties including inventory counts and truck orders
- guarantee a safe environment by complying with government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports promptly
- partner with restaurant manager to ensure financial and operational goals are met
