Job Duties
- provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties and follow up on completion
- direct team ensuring adherence to brand, company, and health standards
- assist with new product training and cascade relevant information
- place campaign materials as requested
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
- monitor cash, sales, and inventory control records during shifts
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
- communicate discrepancies to supervisor
- complete administrative duties in absence of restaurant manager
- ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- complete incident reports following company policy
- partner with manager to meet financial and operational metrics
- embody company values one team, do the right thing, takes ownership, play to win
