Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties and assigning shift tasks
- direct team to ensure food is prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- assist with new product training and cascade relevant information
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory records
- complete end of shift and day paperwork and communicate discrepancies
- complete daily, weekly, and end of period administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by following all safety codes and laws
- complete incident reports timely
- partner with Restaurant Manager to achieve financial and operational metrics
- embody company values and encourage team culture
