Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
- assign shift duties and ensure their completion
- direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with brand, company, and health regulations
- coach team members on food preparation and production management guidelines
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- communicate discrepancies to supervisor
- complete daily, weekly, and end of period administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- guarantee a safe environment by adhering to government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following company policies
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
- embody company values including teamwork, integrity, ownership, and a positive competitive spirit
