Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties and ensure their completion
  • direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with brand, company, and health regulations
  • coach team members on food preparation and production management guidelines
  • cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
  • communicate discrepancies to supervisor
  • complete daily, weekly, and end of period administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • guarantee a safe environment by adhering to government laws and safety codes
  • complete incident reports following company policies
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
  • embody company values including teamwork, integrity, ownership, and a positive competitive spirit
