Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- flexible availability including all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
- ability to lead and coach a team
- valid state driver’s license

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coaches and corrects team members
- conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintains a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties and assigning shift duties
- directs the team to ensure all food items are prepared and served following brand, company, and health regulations
- cascades relevant information and assists with new product training
- places campaign materials upon request
- ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitors accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and cash counts
- performs inventory counts, truck orders, and administrative duties in the absence of Restaurant Manager
- guarantees a safe environment by following all laws and safety codes
- completes reports on incidents per policy
- partners with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
