Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing housekeeping duties and assigning shift duties
- direct team to ensure food preparation and service meet brand, company, and health regulations
- provide training and disseminate relevant information to team members
- place campaign materials as requested
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
- monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork
- perform daily, weekly, and period administrative tasks in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- ensure a safe environment for team and guests by following safety laws and codes
- complete reports on all incidents
- partner with the Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
- embody company values in all duties
