Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Coach and correct team members
- Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
- Assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
- Direct team to ensure food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department regulations
- Cascade relevant information to team members and assist with new product training
- Place campaign materials upon request
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- Communicate discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Complete daily, weekly and end of period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- Guarantee a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- Complete incident reports following company policy
- Partner with Restaurant Manager to ensure financial and operational metrics are met
