Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Food Safety Certification required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • 5-7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Willingness to work in restaurant environments with exposure to heat, smoke, and noise

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Food Safety Certification required
  • 5-7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership or equivalent experience
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and operational systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Excellent analytical and financial skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Achieve and exceed sales and controllable cost targets
  • Partner with District Managers to craft and execute localized strategies that drive traffic and profitability
  • Analyze profit and loss statements to identify trends and implement action plans
  • Lead market-wide initiatives to enhance brand visibility and guest loyalty
  • Champion a guest-first culture delivering fast, friendly, and flavorful service
  • Coach teams using guest feedback and operational metrics to improve satisfaction scores
  • Ensure all restaurants meet high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Drive operational consistency and compliance with food safety and sanitation
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing District Managers
  • Monitor turnover trends and implement talent retention strategies
  • Lead team meetings and performance reviews promoting growth and accountability
