Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
- maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties and assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
- direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations and coach team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor and ensure accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift and complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
- complete reports on all incidents following company 5-minute rule policy
