Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coach team members to do the same
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Assign shift duties to team members and follow up to ensure completion
- Direct the team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
- Monitor and ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift
- Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- Communicate any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests by following government laws and safety codes
- Complete incident reports following company policies
