Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in quick-service restaurant or similar franchise operations
- Proven ability to manage and scale multi-unit restaurant portfolios
- Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant financials, operational metrics, and KPIs
- Experience with operational systems implementation and technology adoption
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Ability to work flexibly in a part-time advisory role with occasional hands-on involvement
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in QSR, fast casual, or franchise restaurant operations
- Proven track record leading or scaling multi-unit portfolios or franchise groups
- Deep understanding of unit economics, cost structure, and key restaurant KPIs
- Experience implementing operational systems, technology platforms, and training programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a flexible, part-time advisory capacity with hands-on involvement as needed
Job Duties
- Advise leadership on best practices in day-to-day restaurant operations, staffing, and performance management
- Provide guidance on store-level P&L management, cost control, and margin optimization
- Support development of systems for labor scheduling, food cost tracking, and performance analytics
- Offer insights on industry trends, franchisor relationships, and operational innovations
- Mentor general managers and area leaders to strengthen accountability, training, and execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership on growth strategy, new unit development, and process improvement initiatives
