Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or restaurant operations
- Proven leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and profit and loss management
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently between locations in the Killeen area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Hospitality, business, or related degree preferred (not required)

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations across 2-4 restaurant locations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety procedures, and health department regulations
- Monitor performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and service speed
- Standardize operational practices to maintain consistency across all stores
- Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers
- Conduct regular store visits, evaluations, and performance reviews
- Provide coaching, accountability, and succession planning
