Job Requirements
- Full-time availability including all hours of operation with at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
- valid state driver’s license
- excellent communication skills
- physical capability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk frequently
- occasional ability to climb ladders
- tolerance for extreme temperatures and work around kitchen equipment
- ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects for the entire shift
- capable of lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs frequently and more than 50 lbs occasionally
- ability to work flexible shifts
- willingness to perform housekeeping duties
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- capacity to complete administrative and cash handling tasks accurately

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- coach and correct team members
- conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping
- assign shift duties and follow up to ensure completion
- direct team to prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health department standards
- cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- place campaign materials upon request
- ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- monitor cash, sales, and inventory records for accuracy
- complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- communicate discrepancies to supervisor
- complete administrative duties including inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in absence of Restaurant Manager
- ensure a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
- complete incident reports following the 5-minute rule
- partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
