Job Requirements

  • Full-time availability including all hours of operation with at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing
  • valid state driver’s license
  • excellent communication skills
  • physical capability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk frequently
  • occasional ability to climb ladders
  • tolerance for extreme temperatures and work around kitchen equipment
  • ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects for the entire shift
  • capable of lifting and carrying up to 10 lbs frequently and more than 50 lbs occasionally
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • willingness to perform housekeeping duties
  • ability to follow health and safety regulations
  • capacity to complete administrative and cash handling tasks accurately

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and general housekeeping
  • assign shift duties and follow up to ensure completion
  • direct team to prepare and serve food according to brand, company, and health department standards
  • cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor cash, sales, and inventory records for accuracy
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
  • communicate discrepancies to supervisor
  • complete administrative duties including inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders in absence of Restaurant Manager
  • ensure a safe environment by following government laws and safety codes
  • complete incident reports following the 5-minute rule
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
  • live company values of teamwork, integrity, ownership, and winning mentality
