Job Requirements

  • Full time availability including all hours of operation and one hour pre-opening and post-closing

  • ability to push, pull, lift, and carry weights up to 10 lbs frequently and 50+ lbs occasionally

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
  • coach and correct team members
  • conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
  • maintain a clean restaurant environment by performing general housekeeping duties
  • assign shift duties to team and ensure completion
  • direct team to ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health department standards
  • coach team members on food preparation and production management
  • cascade relevant information to team and assist with new product training
  • place campaign materials upon request
  • ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
  • communicate discrepancies to supervisor
  • complete administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager including paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, and truck orders
  • guarantee a safe environment by following all laws and safety codes
  • complete incident reports according to company policy
  • partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
  • uphold company values and culture
