Job Requirements
- Experience in food service
- Conversational English
- Basic reading, writing, math and computer skills
- Age requirements compliant with State and Federal laws
- Ability to mentor team members
- Enjoy working in fast-casual dining
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year verifiable food service experience preferred
- Conversational English skills
- Fundamental reading, writing and math skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy mentoring others
Job Duties
- Help guests create rave worthy orders while educating them about their options
- Lend a hand in keeping a clean, safe and inviting restaurant
- Craft food with a passion for flavor
- Mentor other team members responsibly
- Work effectively in a fast-casual dining atmosphere
- Stand and walk during entire shifts while operating equipment
- Operate and access equipment at standard heights with occasional bending, stooping and reaching
