Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must obtain SERVSAFE certification within one year from date of hire
  • Knowledgeable of HACCP standards
  • Must obtain Snohomish County Health Food Handler's Permit within 60 days from date of hire
  • Must obtain Class 12 Washington State Liquor Permit within 30 days from date of hire
  • Must successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit
  • Flexible to work any assigned shift including days, swings, grave, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other current and past employers

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience in a high volume casual restaurant, food hall, fast food unit, cafeteria, or buffet
  • Minimum two years cooking experience in a high volume casual dining environment
  • Strong math skills related to department financials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks of Food and Beverage heart of house operations
  • Ensure compliance with casino and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Authorize early outs and cover shifts as needed
  • Assist front line staff to maintain operational excellence
  • Motivate, train, develop, and supervise QCC F&B HOH Team Members
  • Ensure exceptional Food & Beverage guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain par levels in kitchen operations
