Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be able to lift and carry servers tray weighing up to 30 pounds on a continuous basis
- must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler's card within 60 days from hire date
- must be able to obtain and hold a Class 12 Liquor permit within 60 days from hire date
- must successfully pass a background investigation for Tribal Gaming License or Permit
- must have successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
- must be able to work any assigned shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- six months experience working with the public using customer relation skills
- six months experience serving beer, wine, and cocktails in a restaurant, lounge, or casino setting
- six months cashiering experience
- ability to work any assigned shift including days, swings, grave, weekends, and holidays
- successful employment history with previous employers
Job Duties
- Serve food and drinks to guests demonstrating positive guest relations
- operate point of sale system to accept money and make changes
- assist bartender with stocking and inventory management
- prepare coffee and other beverages as needed
- perform general cleaning duties to maintain sanitary work environment
- handle cash transactions accurately
- ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations
