Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling
- reliable and punctual
- capable of standing for extended periods
- good physical condition
- effective communication skills
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or security roles advantageous but not mandatory
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
- commitment to the company values of hospitality and safety
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Handle all incidents with a calm and compassionate demeanor using the no hands policy
- greet every guest with an enthusiastic and genuine welcome and wish them farewell encouraging their return
- know regular guests by name to build lasting relationships
- maintain communication and teamwork with managers on duty and bar staff
- ensure a safe environment for guests and staff at all times
