Job Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid certifications for responsible beverage service
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift and move over 75 pounds
- Fast-paced movements and mobility to cover bar and floor space efficiently
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily bar operations
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail focused environment preferred
- Strong product knowledge across spirits, beer, and wine, with a willingness to continuously learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm, positive demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with both guests and teammates
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and building community
- Must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service (varies by state)
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through speed, knowledge, and genuine hospitality
- Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and clean bar station throughout every shift
- Contribute ideas to cocktail menus, seasonal features, and guest activations
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
- Partner with bar leadership to improve processes, share feedback, and participate in training and team meetings
- Assist teammates and jump in where needed to support the floor, service staff, or bar operations
