Job Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Valid certifications for responsible beverage service
  • Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift and move over 75 pounds
  • Fast-paced movements and mobility to cover bar and floor space efficiently
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily bar operations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail focused environment preferred
  • Strong product knowledge across spirits, beer, and wine, with a willingness to continuously learn
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm, positive demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills with both guests and teammates
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and building community
  • Must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service (varies by state)

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through speed, knowledge, and genuine hospitality
  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and clean bar station throughout every shift
  • Contribute ideas to cocktail menus, seasonal features, and guest activations
  • Follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
  • Partner with bar leadership to improve processes, share feedback, and participate in training and team meetings
  • Assist teammates and jump in where needed to support the floor, service staff, or bar operations
