Job Duties
- support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked organized and spotless throughout every shift
- anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits beer juice syrups garnishes and glassware
- maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow
- assist with prep tasks such as juicing cutting garnishes and batching syrups
- help with breakdown cleaning and resetting the bar after service
- learn cocktail ingredients spirits and service techniques to build a foundation for growth
- follow all health safety and compliance standards including responsible alcohol service
- work as a team player supporting floor staff bartenders and bar leadership where needed
