Job Requirements
- Possess a valid US driver's license
- Pass drug screen and 10-year FAA background check (employment and criminal)
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and seek team assistance
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
- Achieve and maintain credentialing and training standards as required by employer, client, and airline partners
- Able to walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
- Able to reach and clean overhead items
- Safely ascend and descend stairs with or without carrying weight
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Capable of bending, stooping, and repetitive reaching
- Walk up/down jet bridge stairs at various angles
- Able to push and pull occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-2 years of related cleaning experience in houses, offices, or buildings
- Working knowledge of airline operations
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels
Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive deep cleaning and sanitation of aircraft interiors including lavatories, galleys, passenger cabins, and flight deck
- Clean flight deck windows, glare shields, and control panels
- Ensure correct placement of seat covers and uniformly crossed seat belts
- Verify safety evacuation cards and seat pocket contents are complete and in good condition
- Clean, fold, and properly stow pillows and blankets
- Handle bio-hazards following training protocols
- Vacuum floors under seats and seat cushions
- Remove foreign object debris (FOD) from ramp surfaces adjacent to aircraft
- Remove and dispose of trash from galley and cabin trash compartments
- Confirm aircraft has passed security search
- Perform additional duties as assigned
