- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community
- transport collected trash to the on-site trash compactor using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos using a mobile app
- walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain a clean and welcoming environment at apartment communities
- use company provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
