Job Requirements
- Personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience with driving and operating a pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- Physical stamina to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport trash to the on-site trash compactor using a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to complete trash collection
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety procedures while handling trash and waste
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
