Job Duties
- conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with cabin crew and pilots
- assign working positions and review safety procedures
- establish clear service expectations for the flight
- serve as the primary liaison between the captain and cabin crew
- direct cabin crew response during emergencies
- coordinate communications and manage passenger safety
- supervise execution of premium cabin services
- ensure catering accuracy and presentation standards
- provide individualized recognition to high-value medallion members
- handle complex onboard situations including medical emergencies and security disturbances
- utilize advanced conflict resolution and leadership techniques
- provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to junior flight attendants
- complete detailed post-flight reports on catering anomalies, crew performance, and maintenance issues
