Job Duties

  • conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings with cabin crew and pilots
  • assign working positions and review safety procedures
  • establish clear service expectations for the flight
  • serve as the primary liaison between the captain and cabin crew
  • direct cabin crew response during emergencies
  • coordinate communications and manage passenger safety
  • supervise execution of premium cabin services
  • ensure catering accuracy and presentation standards
  • provide individualized recognition to high-value medallion members
  • handle complex onboard situations including medical emergencies and security disturbances
  • utilize advanced conflict resolution and leadership techniques
  • provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback to junior flight attendants
  • complete detailed post-flight reports on catering anomalies, crew performance, and maintenance issues
