Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum relevant experience in administrative or project support roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with data entry and office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree, 2-year technical degree, or office management certificate preferred
  • Experience with data entry and purchase order processing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Ability to organize events and manage administrative tasks
  • Experience in reporting and invoicing

Job Duties

  • Assist in Compass data entry
  • Process buyout purchase orders, EZparts, components website orders
  • Manage backlog and generate customer purchase orders
  • Assist with reporting including BI, Compass, expense, project review, and claims/SRs
  • Process invoicing, receiving, and match holds
  • Organize department meetings, events, meals, travel arrangements, and conference registrations
  • Provide administrative assistance by ordering supplies, updating phone lists, organizational charts, SharePoint, and document center
  • Issue warranties
  • Approve invoices and prepare accurate backlog
  • Process credits and SRs within allotted timeframes
  • Maintain budget for office-related expenses and purchases
