Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of full-time equivalent experience in concrete construction, maintenance, and repair
- ability to read and interpret engineering plans for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and roadways
- planning curb and gutter layout from survey grade stakes and cut sheets
- safety sensitive position subject to alcohol and controlled substances testing
- valid driver’s license
- satisfactory driver’s record
- possession of or ability to obtain Virginia CDL Class B within 180 days
- successful background check
- willingness to serve as essential personnel during emergencies
Job Qualifications

- possession or ability to obtain Virginia CDL Class B

Job Duties
- Lead concrete finishing projects
- interpret engineering plans for curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and roadways
- plan and lay out curb and gutter according to survey grade stakes and cut sheets
- ensure adherence to safety regulations
- maintain equipment and tools
- coordinate with team members and supervisors
- comply with substance testing policies
