- high school diploma or GED
- one year of full-time equivalent cleaning experience preferred
- may require a driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- must pass a background check
- subject to alcohol and controlled substance testing
- availability for shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work as essential personnel during emergencies

Job Duties
- clean assigned public buildings and ensure cleanliness and safety
- follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, and waxing
- sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- remove trash and dispose of waste properly
- report any maintenance or safety issues
- comply with safety and substance abuse policies
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- act as essential personnel during emergencies
