Job Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or luxury environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas including restrooms, hallways, lobby, elevators, fitness center, and employee areas
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, glass polishing, and trash removal
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas as needed
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for cleaning or maintenance support in public spaces
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including the use of proper cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to Engineering or Housekeeping leadership
- Uphold L'Ermitage's standards of luxury, discretion, and impeccable service in all interactions
