Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively

Job Duties
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all front of the house and back-of-house areas
- Maintain hotel elevator landings by vacuuming, cleaning all surfaces including glass and furniture, dusting, removal of trash and recycling
- Maintain the cleanliness of service landings and linen closets including removal of trash and recycling
- Collect and transport dirty glassware to stewarding for washing and return clean glassware
- Notify supervisor promptly of any special guestroom or suite issues including reporting maintenance needs
- Clean and sanitize all public areas including lobby, bathrooms, elevators, fitness center equipment, and employee areas
- Refill sanitizing stations and replenish paper goods and soap dispensers
- Work as a team member to maintain positive inter-departmental relationships and a pleasant work environment
- Follow all hotel policies and safety regulations and report any security or safety issues
- Deliver guest needs promptly and provide genuine hospitality with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
