Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Possess a Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk up and down inclines and stairs
High school diploma or GED or equivalent
Basic reading and comprehension skills
Basic math skills
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to work in wet and humid conditions
Willingness to provide excellent guest service
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience or training
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
Ability to perform basic operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Must be at least 21 years old
Possess a Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver’s license
Ability to work well with a team, prioritize tasks, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and show genuine concern for guest satisfaction

Job Duties

Clean the public space areas as outlined in the housekeeping manual and/or as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
Clean and maintain public restrooms, windows, ash urns, sidewalks, food and beverage outlets, the spa, associate break areas, lobbies, hallways, offices and other guest areas
Respond to guest request calls in a timely manner during the shift
Maintain an awareness of all safety procedures and guidelines as they relate to guests and associates
Be knowledgeable of cleaning products and their proper uses with safety awareness
Provide professional, friendly service to all guests
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up and down inclines and stairs throughout the shift
Perform other duties as required
