Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or provide exemption documentation
- Ability to work 24 hours per week including day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills required

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all individuals entering the facility are authorized or have legitimate business
- Provide friendly customer service by welcoming visitors and providing directions
- Request assistance for visitors needing special support
- Utilize problem-solving skills and think independently in the absence of supervision
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring facility access
- Report any suspicious activities or security incidents promptly
