Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to complete MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have medical or personal exemption
  • Ability to work per diem flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
  • Must comply with vaccination requirements or valid exemption

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Verify authorization for property access
  • Provide exceptional customer service and directions
  • Request assistance for visitors needing special support
  • Use problem-solving skills in absence of direct supervision
  • Maintain safety and security protocols
  • Assist with management of aggressive behavior when needed
