Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administration is a plus
- Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or officially exempt
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekend and holiday rotations
- Good problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors
- Ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the facility
- Employ exceptional customer service to welcome and assist visitors
- Provide accurate directions and support to guests needing special assistance
- Utilize problem-solving skills when supervision is not immediately available
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Assist in managing security-related incidents or emergencies
