Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, customer service, or administration is a plus
  • Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or officially exempt
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekend and holiday rotations
  • Good problem-solving and independent decision-making skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in security, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact for all patients and visitors
  • Ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the facility
  • Employ exceptional customer service to welcome and assist visitors
  • Provide accurate directions and support to guests needing special assistance
  • Utilize problem-solving skills when supervision is not immediately available
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
  • Assist in managing security-related incidents or emergencies
