Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
- Availability to work day and evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotation
- Capable of working independently without direct supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure that all individuals entering the property are authorized or have legitimate business
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors and provide directions
- Assist visitors requiring special assistance by requesting help as needed
- Use independent thinking and problem-solving skills in the absence of direct supervision
- Maintain a secure and safe front desk environment
- Enforce security policies and procedures consistently
