Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training within 120 days of hire
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have exemption
  • Availability for day/evening shifts with weekend and holiday rotations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Duties

  • Operate as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
  • Ensure all entrants are authorized or have legitimate business
  • Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome and assist visitors
  • Provide directions and request assistance for visitors needing special help
  • Use independent problem-solving skills in the absence of supervision
  • Monitor premises for safety and report concerns promptly
  • Manage challenging situations calmly and professionally
