Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
 - prior security, customer service, or administrative experience a plus
 - completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
 - fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID 19 virus or exempt by signed statement
 - ability to work day shift hours including weekends and holidays
 - must be able to perform duties without direct supervision
 
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
 - prior security experience is a plus
 - customer service or administrative experience preferred
 - completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
 - fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
 - strong communication skills
 - ability to work independently and handle conflict
 
Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
 - ensure all visitors are authorized or have legitimate business on the property
 - provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and offering directions
 - request assistance for visitors needing special support
 - think independently and apply problem-solving skills without direct supervision
 - manage visitor access and maintain safety protocols
 - communicate effectively with hospital staff regarding visitor proceedings
