Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior security, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Completion of MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire
- Full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption
- Ability to work a 32-hour week including weekend and holiday rotation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications

- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training required within 120 days of hire
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
Job Duties
- Operate as the first point of contact and source of information for patients and guests
- Ensure all who enter the facility are authorized or have legitimate business
- Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors
- Provide directions and assistance to visitors needing special help
- Use problem-solving skills and think independently in absence of direct supervision
- Request assistance when needed for visitor support
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment
